Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms looked just like the pictures, but I had to deal with a broken cabinet door. On the bright side, the French doors opened to a lovely patio area with fireplaces, and I enjoyed the unique upstairs section of the Hello Betty hotel at the Springhill Suites.

The service here was top-notch! The staff was so friendly, happy, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They even had a pretty good breakfast ready every morning, and the welcome drink was a nice touch.

The hotel's location was outstanding, within walking distance to many restaurants and right across from the beach. Being so close to all these amenities in Oceanside, a great touristy town, made my stay even more enjoyable.

The facilities at the hotel were good, with a nice rooftop pool and other convenient amenities like dry cleaning and laundry services. However, the public car park being a rip off at $5 per day was a downside.

The hotel left me with sweet memories; the rooms were excellent, and I loved the balcony with an ocean view. The daily cleaning could have been better, but overall, the rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The location was amazing, with great amenities on-site, but construction noise was a downside.
