Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms looked just like the pictures, but I had to deal with a broken cabinet door. On the bright side, the French doors opened to a lovely patio area with fireplaces, and I enjoyed the unique upstairs section of the Hello Betty hotel at the Springhill Suites.

The service here was top-notch! The staff was so friendly, happy, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They even had a pretty good breakfast ready every morning, and the welcome drink was a nice touch.

The hotel's location was outstanding, within walking distance to many restaurants and right across from the beach. Being so close to all these amenities in Oceanside, a great touristy town, made my stay even more enjoyable.

The dining experience was quite good overall, though I found the sausage a bit off. However, being next to the train tracks between the reception and elevators was a bit inconvenient.

The facilities at the hotel were good, with a nice rooftop pool and other convenient amenities like dry cleaning and laundry services. However, the public car park being a rip off at $5 per day was a downside.

The hotel left me with sweet memories; the rooms were excellent, and I loved the balcony with an ocean view. The location was amazing, with great amenities on-site, but construction noise was a downside.
